Support for 1+MG Use Case Working Groups

The goal of this WP is to ensure that the needs of the 1+MG Use Cases working groups are taken into account when developing the B1MG guidelines and recommendations including the infrastructure Proof of Concept (PoC).

Objectives

O7.1: Support 1+MG Use Cases working groups (WG8, 9, 10. 11) on the implementation of the 1+MG roadmap (Task 7.1, Task 7.2. Task 7.3, Task 7.4)

ELIXIR will act as WP leader to coordinate the use cases WG contributions to the project, organising regular use cases meetings and producing the deliverables report with the task leaders' contributions.

Tasks

This task will support the coordination of 1+MG WG8 on the identification of the requirement for Rare Diseases and the evaluation of their implementation across the different deliverables being produced as well as through the infrastructure proof of concept.

Participants: ELIXIR Hub, OPBG

Participants’ roles: OPBG to define WG8 requirements with contributions from MS experts. ELIXIR Hub to build the catalogue based on identified requirements.

This task will support the coordination of 1+MG WG9 on the identification of the requirement for Cancer and the evaluation of their implementation across the different deliverables being produced as well as through the infrastructure proof of concept.

Participants: ELIXIR Hub, ACC/HSR

Participants’ roles: ACC/HSR to define WG9 requirements with contributions from MS experts. ELIXIR Hub to build the catalogue based on identified requirements.

This task will support the coordination of 1+MG WG9 on the identification of the requirement for Common and complex diseases and the evaluation of their implementation across the different deliverables being produced as well as through the infrastructure proof of concept.

Participants’ roles: UT to define WG10 requirements with contributions from MS experts. ELIXIR Hub to build the catalogue based on identified requirements

This task will support the coordination of 1+MG WG9 on the identification of the requirement for infectious diseases and the evaluation of their implementation across the different deliverables being produced as well as through the infrastructure proof of concept.
